I think the problem running the champagne fountain can all be put down to the pure enthusiasm of the students, so not a problem at all, at least they all got what they wanted. I also wanted to thank you for the pacing of the alcohol as requested.

I was extremely happy with the service provided in the run up to our ball and on the day itself - Friday 7th May 2010, particularly the accuracy on timings in showing up to set up and being able to start when required. Additionally, I was also impressed that there were more staff than the number of products as this made it more manageable for our event having a large number of guests. I’m confident if you continue to do what you are currently doing then you’ll be fine.

It’s been a pleasure working with you, and I will definitely pass on your details to the next organiser.
